we work on a pop-up basis. this space is frequently updated. we should know announce on our newsletter or on social media, when and how to get our pieces.our pieces are made with much love and care and they take time.
subcribers get first dibs. stay subscribed and be the first to know. everything is on a first come first serve basis just to keep it fair for everyone.
we work with sensitive and imperfect materials. the banigs are recycled. colors may vary at different angles and light. we use real leather for our pieces. the nature of leather has imperfections that may be visible to some degree. as such, only products with defects are subject to the refund and/or exchange. defective products are those defects that render the product unfit for the use it was intended for or that substantially diminish the fitness or use of the product.
Defects do not cover imperfections on the kind of materials used in our products. examples of what are not considered defects: 1) improper fit; 2) comfort issues; 3) issues on the kind of materials used. a change of mind does not also entitle you a refund and/or exchange, absent any defect in the product. all orders are subject to availability of products. if difficulties arise in respect of the supply of products, or if any particular product is not in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products with the same or higher quality, which you will be able to order. if you do not want to order any of those substitute products, we will refund any prepaid amount.
for our shipping time frame, allow 5-7 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description, for your order to be processed
and sent safely to you. the timeframe refers to working days-weekends excluded-from when the order may have been dispatched from the warehouse.
the order made by the client will be delivered in the indicated
timeframe from when the dispatch has been made from the

of the parcel. if your package has been lost or damaged, please
contact the carrier.
a request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
the item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.
please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept
garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of
perfume. the item (s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
the ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the
availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. any arcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.
the costs and risks pertaining to the return of product (s) are borne by the sender. all sales are final after 7 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: during promotional periods, items purchased using a
discount or promotional code are at final sale. only authorised returns will be processed. any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

if the purchased product has visible defects (not related to the nature of the materials used), reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
if the purchased product has hidden defects, reach out to us within (not less than 60) days of the delivered date.
once your purchased product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
for products found to have defects, you have the option either to exchange the purchased product for selectable variants or request for a refund.
in the event of an exchange, the replaced item will be shipped to you immediately.
in the event of a refund, you will be notified via an email on the approval of your refund request.
we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund for purchased products that are not found to be defective; or found to be defective for reasons not due to the fault or negligence of halohalo, or due to your unreasonable use of the same (i.e., used for purposes for which it was not intended for); or if the abovementioned periods have already expired.
